Steve has been in the business of helping people make smart choices about their money in San Antonio since 1987. He enjoys working with his sons Joseph and Jacob, and is president of Financial Planning HQ, LLC an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in the state of Texas.

Jacob began his career in October 2012 as a Financial Advisor with MetLife. Since 2018, Jacob has been helping families and business owners in San Antonio accomplish their financial goals with Financial Planning HQ, LLC. Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife, the outdoors, volunteering in the community, and traveling.

Joseph serves a key role at Financial Planning HQ, LLC in helping clients visualize and create the future they desire. He has served as president of top-rated Business Networking International and Toastmasters groups in San Antonio. He has been featured on Fox, NBC, and KSAT12. Joseph enjoys making YouTube videos, reading, and spending time with his growing family.
